2. About our services

  • Independent agency, not an insurer. Smart Health Quotes is an independent insurance agency. We are not an insurance company. Insurance policies are issued and administered by insurance carriers, and coverage is subject to each carrier’s terms, conditions, and approval.
  • No guarantee of coverage, price, or eligibility. Information on this website and from our agents is for general informational purposes. We do not guarantee that you will qualify for any plan, that any plan will be available in your state, or that you will receive any particular price, savings, or benefit. Eligibility, underwriting, pricing, and plan availability are determined by carriers and vary by state.
  • We do not offer every plan. We work with a selection of carriers and may not offer every plan available in your area. For ACA Marketplace plans, you can also visit Healthcare.gov.
  • Not affiliated with the government. Smart Health Quotes is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. government, Healthcare.gov, or the Health Insurance Marketplace.
  • Free consultation. Our consultation is free to you. You pay only for any plan you choose to purchase, at the premium set by the carrier.
  • Licensed agents. Licensed agents provide insurance advice and help with applications.

3. Communications consent (calls, SMS and email) and SMS terms

Consent. By checking the box and submitting a form, or by booking an appointment, you agree to receive calls, SMS and email messages from Brockman Health LLC d/b/a Smart Health Quotes regarding health coverage options at the phone number and email address you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for assistance. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Calls. Licensed agents may call you at the number you provide about the coverage options you asked about. You can ask us to stop calling at any time by telling the agent, emailing hello@smarthealthquotes.com, or calling 1-888-775-3999.

SMS terms.

  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

  • Opt out: Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive one message confirming your opt-out, and then no further text messages unless you opt in again.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • You confirm that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the phone number you provide, and you will tell us if you change or give up that number.

Email. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every marketing email.
